As a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, our product, the Calibration Management System, is a digital service, not a physical good. Therefore, the concept of a "return" does not apply.
Since we offer a 14-day free trial version of the platform, all customers have the opportunity to fully evaluate the product's features, functionality, and suitability for their organization's needs before purchasing a subscription.
All sales of our annual subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a Silver, Gold, or Platinum subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have either:
-Successfully completed the 14-day free trial and are satisfied with the service; or
-Chosen to bypass the trial period and accept the platform as is.
No refunds will be issued in the event of:
- Non-use of the service.
- Dissatisfaction with the service after the purchase.
- Early termination of the subscription by the user.
Access to the service is granted upon successful payment for the chosen subscription plan.
In the event of subscription termination due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions or non-payment, access to the platform will be suspended. Upon any termination, you may request the export of your data within 30 days, after which the data will be permanently deleted as per our Data Retention Policy.
As a digital SaaS product, there are no physical goods to return. This policy section confirms that we do not accept or process any physical product returns.
